True Believer Shirts is committed to providing you with items that are of the highest quality. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Everything we sell has been personally inspected and has passed our quality approval process. As hard as we try, we are not perfect and sometimes we do mess up. CARE

With proper care, your jewelry will last a lifetime. Your stainless and sterling silver jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place to avoid oxidation. A good idea is to keep your jewelry in a zip lock bag or an anti-tarnish bag when not in use. Do not store your silver directly on wood or in tissue paper, which often contains acids that can affect silver's finish. Avoid exposing your jewelry to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can damage silver. Also avoid applying hand lotions, sunscreen or other agents that contain acids that my damage the jewelry. Do not dip any oxidized, resin filled, or stone jewelry in silver cleaner. Instead, use a silver cleaning cloth to polish.


Shipping Information

In-stock items are generally shipped within two business days following the receipt of your order. We ship via USPS. True Believer Shirts reserves the right to decide the best shipping method for your order. Orders should be receive within 3-5 days of the day the items are shipped, although we advise that you allow 2 weeks for delivery, especially around the holidays.  You will be notified by email receipt of your order if there will be a delay in shipping. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock.  We restock items every 7-10 business days. Because some of our products are custom made, True Believer Shirts may need little extra time to make an item just for you.


International Orders

International orders will not have tracking capability. Although the postal service does not guarantee a certain number of days for delivery, usual delivery time is 7 - 10 business days (not including the day your order ships)

We requrie a 4.99 handeling fee for international orders, and different countries impose different import fees and taxes. We do not include these in our freight quote and any such charges are your responsibility. Please check with your government or postal system in advance if this is a concern for you.

 

*Because African shipping is largely deregulated, we are unable to ship to any country in Africa.

Payment Options

True Believer Shirts currently accepts payments through PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can still make secure payments using a debit or credit card through PayPal. For other options, please visit our contact page.


Returns and Exchanges

True Believer Shirts accepts returns of items if the goods received are faulty or if incorrect items are supplied. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items in a used condition, or where the tags have been removed, or the customer has had a change of mind.  


Faulty Products

If you have received a faulty product from True Believer Shirts, we will refund you the money, replace the item you have purchased or offer you a store credit to the value of the faulty item, to purchase any other item from the store at. Whichever option is chosen, the faulty product needs to be returned to True Believer Shirts (please refer to Returns Process below for how to return the product).


Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded at no charge, as long as we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the product. Faulty items should be returned using USPS and in order to receive reimbursement for postage, a copy of the receipt should be provided. (ALL FAULTY ITEMS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL ATTACHED TAGS IN THEIR ORIGINAL ATTACHED POSITON TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND)


Incorrect Items Supplied

In the event that True Believer Shirts has delivered an incorrect item/s, we will exchange them for the correct items, or provide a refund and/or store credit at the customer’s request. Whichever option is selected, the incorrect items need to be returned to True Believer Shirts. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item/s (refer to Returns Process below for how to return the product).  

The items must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging. When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit. Incorrect Items Supplied should be returned using USPS and in order to receive reimbursement for postage, a copy of the receipt should be provided. (ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL ATTACHED TAGS IN THEIR ORIGINAL ATTACHED POSITON TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND)

True Believer Shirts reserves the right to decline a refund/exchange request should the items returned be used, opened or damaged.


Return Process

If you need to return or exchange an item click on Return Request, listed under "Contact Us".  Fill all required fields and and we will send you a return address with instructions.  True Believer Shirts must receive returned items in completely new condition, and in original packaging, with original tags and stickers attached in original position. Since we offer Free Shipping, if you decide to exchange an item there is a 15% restocking fee.  Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted on sale or retired items.
